Medical expenses
A combined RM 10,000 relief covers medical expenses for yourself, your spouse and your children in YA 2025. Serious-disease and fertility treatment can use the whole pool; within it, vaccinations, dental and full check-ups are each capped at RM 1,000, and learning-disability treatment for a child at RM 6,000.

- Serious-disease treatment (cancer, kidney failure, heart disease, etc.) — shares the RM 10,000 pool
- Fertility treatment for self or spouse
- Vaccinations — sub-limit RM 1,000
- Dental examination & treatment — sub-limit RM 1,000
- Full medical check-up / mental health examination — sub-limit RM 1,000
- Learning-disability assessment & intervention for a child ≤18 — sub-limit RM 6,000
What does not qualify
- Cosmetic surgery and cosmetic dentistry
- General supplements not prescribed by a doctor
Good to know
- The total of ALL medical sub-categories cannot exceed RM 10,000 combined.
- Once the parent pool is exhausted, no further medical claims even if a sub-limit is unused.
